Future Meetings
The next VALTA meeting, scheduled for Friday, April 12, 2024, will be hosted by The Honorable Karen Rose, Commissioner of the Revenue, City of Harrisonburg. Attached, please find the registration form, meal selection form, meeting agenda, hotel and parking information, certificate of completion, and evaluation form.
The meeting will be held at the Lucy F. Simms Continuing Education Center, 620 Simms Avenue, Harrisonburg, VA 22802. Lunch will be provided. Be sure to return your meal selection form to dennsie.rice@harrisonburgva.gov or fax to (540) 432-7781.
Meeting cost will be $25 for members and $35 for non-members. Please email your registration form to our Treasurer, Ken Jakubec at kjakubec@cityofchesapeake.net or fax Ken at (757) 382-8905. Mail checks payable to “VALTA” to VALTA Treasurer, Ken Jakubec c/o City of Chesapeake Commissioner of the Revenue, P.O. Box 15285, Chesapeake, Virginia 23328. Payments will also be accepted at the door. CHECKS ONLY PLEASE!

Membership Drive
Membership registration is open for individuals for the 2024 year. Localities can always join during the year.
